- 1 Parent Intake: A private conversation with the parent to understand the family dynamic and hopes for the process—while planning a respectful, teen-centered approach.
- 2 Teen Space Sessions: collaborative sessions where I gently support your teen in exploring, decluttering and creating a space that feels safe and supportive for them.
- Personalized Grounding Kit: a soft reminder of the work we’ve done—something they can hold on to when life feels overwhelming (custom scent spray or roller, gentle prompts and a grounding token)
FLOW Online Session
A 60-minute personalized video consultation to help you reset one space that feels cluttered, heavy, or out of balance — no matter where you are.
